The teas are great!
BUT we are disappointed that you have changed the illustration of the koala on the surf board.
The original image perfectly gave the feeling of "no worries", hands behind the back and perfectly relaxed but with the breaking wave behind.
The new koala though appears smug and looks like a smart arse which we think is off-putting.
Bring back the original koala please!

Disappointed! I sent a message on your webpage. The teabags fall apart and leaves float on top with lots residue in bottom of cup. I had not heard back from you. Have not had a reply
